Private beta

Confidentiality Terms

Version 2026-09-08. These terms apply when you accept a HurryHome private-beta invitation.

Purpose and permitted use

Private-beta access is provided only for you to test HurryHome and give feedback. You may use the service for your own housing search, but not to provide access to others, build a competing service from non-public information, or use the beta for commercial purposes.

What is confidential

Confidential Information means non-public beta material that you learn through HurryHome, including access details, screenshots and recordings, non-public features and workflows, product plans, test results, feedback discussions, and non-public pricing or business information.

Your commitment

Do not share, publish, record, reproduce, distribute, or show Confidential Information to anyone else without HurryHome's prior written permission. Do not share your account, invite link, or access code. You may tell someone about information that HurryHome has already made public.

What is not restricted

These terms do not restrict information that is publicly available without your breach, that you already knew lawfully, that you developed independently without using HurryHome's Confidential Information, or that you must disclose by law. They also do not claim ownership of general ideas: EU copyright generally protects original expression, not ideas or software functionality by themselves.

Duration and breach

Your confidentiality obligation continues until the relevant information is made public by HurryHome or for 24 months after your beta access ends, whichever happens first. HurryHome may suspend or end beta access for a breach and may use any other remedy available under applicable law. No contractual penalty is set by these terms.

Relationship with the main terms

These Private Beta Confidentiality Terms supplement the HurryHome Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, these terms control for private-beta confidentiality. They are not legal advice; the operator should obtain Netherlands legal review before a broader launch or enforcing a disputed claim.
