1. What HurryHome is

HurryHome is a software tool that helps users create a housing search profile, scan enabled listing sources, rank potential matches, and manage alerts. HurryHome is not a landlord, broker, agency, rental platform, or housing provider.

Student eligibility

HurryHome is intended exclusively for current students and recent graduates who meet HurryHome's defined eligibility period. To verify membership eligibility, we may ask for a study start date or graduation date and a suitable current document. This is a HurryHome membership rule, not a statement of Dutch legal requirements.

We may ask you to reverify your status before an eligibility window ends. If we cannot verify eligibility, access to regular product features may be paused while account, billing, privacy/export, support, and deletion controls remain available. Intentionally fraudulent verification may lead to account suspension. A document that cannot reasonably confirm status may be rejected, and you can submit a new document. An authorised reviewer makes the decision; optional automated checks are advisory only.

2. No housing guarantee

HurryHome does not guarantee housing, viewings, replies, application success, listing availability, listing accuracy, or that a listing will remain online. Users must verify all listings, prices, dates, requirements, fees, contracts, and provider identities with the original listing provider before applying or paying anyone.

3. Listings and source accuracy

Listings may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, duplicated, removed, or parsed incorrectly. HurryHome may use public source pages, manual submissions, rule-based parsing, and optional AI-assisted extraction. You are responsible for checking the original source.

Optional local AI checks may flag a listing for human review, but they do not decide housing eligibility or replace the original listing provider.

4. Subscription billing

Paid membership is disabled during the current beta unless it is explicitly enabled at checkout. If paid membership is made available, HurryHome Community provides Community features and HurryHome Complete adds the automated housing finder, matching, and listing alerts. The price, billing interval, renewal information, and applicable terms shown before Stripe Checkout apply. Payments are processed by Stripe. Access starts after successful payment and depends on active subscription status or a valid paid period after cancellation.

5. Cancellation and refunds

If paid membership is enabled, you can cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal from the Billing page. Cancellation stops renewal. Unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use HurryHome for unlawful activity, harassment, spam, scraping abuse, or attacks against the service.
• Do not try to bypass source protections, captchas, paywalls, login gates, or rate limits through HurryHome.
• Do not submit malicious URLs or content.
• Do not share your account with other people as a resale or public access service.

Private beta confidentiality

Users who join through a private-beta invitation must also accept the Private Beta Confidentiality Terms. Those terms cover non-public beta material and do not claim ownership of general ideas or public information.

Agreement at registration

Before creating an account, you must actively confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. HurryHome records the date, time, and version of the Terms accepted. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

7. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, create security risk, create legal risk, or no longer meet HurryHome's membership eligibility rules. We do not automatically erase an account merely because eligibility expires; account handling follows the retention policy. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.

8. Limitation of liability

HurryHome is provided as an MVP software service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HurryHome is not liable for missed listings, inaccurate listings, rejected applications, rental scams by third parties, source downtime, parsing mistakes, or indirect losses connected to housing applications.

9. Changes to the service or terms

We may change features, sources, pricing, or these terms as the product develops. If a material paid-access change affects existing subscribers, the app should show or send reasonable notice.
